The space The entrance to The Old Pirate’s Lookout is located directly on the High Street. From here, a staircase leads up to the front door, which sits to the left at the top of the stairs. Inside, you’re welcomed by a tall entrance lobby with a spiral staircase rising to the second floor. The kitchen sits to the left as you enter and offers a rustic, characterful setting, fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay. Opposite, the lounge enjoys spectacular views across the harbour and out to sea, creating a peaceful space to relax and watch the boats and harbour life below. Upstairs you’ll find the bathroom positioned at the top of the staircase, complete with the essentials for your stay. The two bedrooms sit either side of the landing. The master bedroom is on the right and looks out over the High Street, while the second bedroom is on the left and enjoys beautiful harbour views. Guest access Free parking is available along Dunstanville, Stratton and Tehidy Terrace, as well as on many nearby side streets within around a five-minute walk of the property. This street parking is available 24/7 and is free of charge. For a simple and reliable option, we also recommend the long-stay parking at Town Quarry Car Park. It is approximately a five-minute walk from the property and costs £10 per 24 hours. The car park is well regarded locally and considered a safe place to leave your vehicle. There are also several other paid car parks around Falmouth if you prefer alternative options or are already familiar with the area. Other things to note Just a two-minute walk from the property is Falmouth Pier, where you can catch ferries and boat trips to nearby towns and coastal spots throughout the day, an easy and affordable way to explore the area by sea. Falmouth also has excellent public transport links, with regular bus services connecting the town to the rest of Cornwall, as well as a nearby train station offering convenient access in and out of Falmouth.
