This beachfront apartment is located right on the best beach of the island. It has a fully functional and equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a large terrace. Guests have access to the pool and parking space available. The building has 24hour security. You are not very far from the Marine Park of Blue Bay. The international airport is less than 15 minutes away. The Vallée de Ferney, a forest and wildlife reserve is not very far. The location is perfect to enjoy beach and nature. The space This first floor apartment is located on the first floor. It offers an impressive view on the beach and sea from the balcony. The 170m2 apartment has three double-bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. A spacious living area comprising of an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area opens directly onto the terrace. It comes with free WIFI. Be ready to climb some stairs, as we are on the first floor and there is not lift .. But don't forget the view, is so amazing! Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment of 158 square metre, and a balcony opening onto the landscaped garden and the sea view. They also have access 7m x 4m slated swimming pool surrounded by sun-loungers and umbrellas. On the beach , dedicated beach thatched kiosks and loungers are assigned to each apartment. Parkings bays are available at the entrance of the complex and 1 parking is allocated exclusively for the use of our guests. Other things to note •A daily paid housekeeping service is provided to guests in order to ensure that the the standard of service is being kept and the apartment is maintained properly. This service is unavailable on weekends and bank holidays and is payable up to €15/per day. To be finalised upon booking, for special requests. • Guests should switch off the air conditioners when leaving the apartment. It is unacceptable to use the air conditioners while windows are opened. The A/C is monitored remotely and in case of abuse, we will switch it off. Ignoring this rule will result in a €100 fee being withheld from the security damage deposit upon checkout.
