The villa is located inside a gated community. Parking is outside the main gate (no dedicated spot), and the villa is a short 2–3 minute walk from the entrance. We can assist with luggage support upon request. Note: As per the society rules, only families and mixed groups are allowed. -The villa is filled with artifacts and delicate decor. All furnishing is steamed, sanitized, and maintained to standard before and after a guest's stay. - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - Being located in a gated community, we don't allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request.
