The Little House is located at the end of a private courtyard in the city center of La Roche sur Yon (Sacré Cœur district), 5 minutes from the train station and shops. It is 42 m² for 3 rooms. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed. In the large room: equipped kitchen + sofa bed (sleeps 2 people). 1 entrance and a bathroom with shower. In summer, you can enjoy the outdoors (courtyard in front of the house) the house is equipped with WIFI private parking The space the accommodation is a 40-year-old house, on one level and all rooms have access to the outside. The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and microwave oven. Dishes for 4 people are available. The beds are made on arrival and I provide towels and tea towels. The 2 spaces are not separated by a door. Garden furniture is available to enjoy the outdoors (private courtyard and parking) Guests have access to every room in the house. I live next door, in an adjoining house, and I remain available to meet your needs. The house is non-smoking. We speak French.
