The space The property is a Victorian Terrace on a residential street with a train station, Westcombe Park, at the end of the road. The studio flat comprises of the entire lower ground floor. Guest access You'll be renting the entire lower ground floor, with access to the garden and patio areas. During your stay I will often be around to talk to. You can also take my number and message me if you need help or advice. Other things to note Enter through a hallway to the kitchen then go through the door there down the steps. It will surprise you how that little door leads to such a big space - a bit like Narnia.
