Entire 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home with private entrance and small fenced yard. Located just off the courthouse square, a short 5 minute walk to the city park and Llano river. Please do not smoke on the entire property. Infants under 2 years old and children over 12 years allowed. Dogs are allowed. Please let me know that you will have a dog. No cats allowed. Clean up after your dog. Bags provided. NO MORE than 5 guests. I offer a single roll away bed fully appointed. The space Built in the 1930’s and fully restored. Spacious well appointed kitchen. Please do load your dirty dishes and start the dishwasher.Included is a washer and dryer. Internet and ROKU TV, also. Please supply your own clothes soap and dryer sheets. Please do not launder bedding, rugs, etc. Leave the beds unmade. Enjoy your stay and I will handle stripping the beds and doing the laundry! Guest access Entire home is yours. There is a keypad lock on the front door. You can expect the a/c or heat to be on as needed. The temperature will be comfortable for your arrival. Other things to note Within a pleasant walking distance to the City Park and South Llano Dam. Quick access to grocery store and places to eat.
