Pets ok The space The Vintage Lakehouse was recently renovated in a warm, farmhouse-inspired retro style using reclaimed wood, antiques, and fixtures from our family farm. The result is a cozy, character-filled space that blends Muskoka cottage charm with a fun vintage vibe. Large front windows overlook the lake across the road, filling the open-concept living area with natural light and outdoor views. The cottage sits on a deep, private wooded lot, giving you space and privacy that most lake-area rentals don’t offer. Inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with retro-style gas oven, a large dining area for group meals, and a spacious living room anchored by an oversized stone gas fireplace — perfect for winter evenings and cozy nights in. In winter, the area is ideal for skiing, skating, ice fishing and snowshoeing, with Horseshoe Valley Ski Resort just 30 minutes away. Snow removal is provided for the driveway. During active snowfall, guests may be required to shovel the front entry and walkway for access.
