Funky Frankton Marina pad

This is our permanent home which we put out for short term holiday rental when we're away. We like art, colour, fun & funky decor & so we've created a minimal contemporary spacious apartment. We're situated right by the Frankton Marina on Lake Wakatipu with stunning views of the Remarkables Mountains. The space The apartment is spacious, colourful & fun to hang out in. We love minimal & contemporary decor. Guest access Access is self-entry using a swipe key in a lockbox to access the apartment which has a spacious lounge, kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom & laundry. In addition to the king bed in the master bedroom that sleeps a couple, there is a funky yellow sofa bed in the lounge. The sofa bed can be a double bed or split into two singles suitable for a couple or two singles. (Note another adjoining bedroom & ensuite which has its own private entry and sleeps a couple or two singles is available on our separate Airbnb listing https://abnb.me/8LEyYoucXK.) Other things to note Note that pre & post stay cleaning (including professionally laundered linen & towels) are included but not mid-stay cleans which can be arranged for an additional fee. There are two gas BBQ's with utensils in the common area that you're welcome to use. Parking is free anywhere within the apartment complex except in a few RESERVED parking spots.
