Beautiful two bed garden flat in Herne Hill

A spacious and light-filled garden flat between Herne Hill and Dulwich Village. With a conservatory and private garden backing onto a park, this unique flat is a peaceful place to unwind. The local area has great parks, pubs, indepdendent shops and restaurants. A great base if you’re visiting friends or family locally or exploring London, the flat has good transport links to a number of central London stations (from Herne Hill, North Dulwich, Loughborough Junction, Denmark Hill and Brixton). The space The flat comprises of two double bedrooms, the master bedroom overlooks the back garden and the second bedroom overlooks the front garden. We have a spacious living room with two sofas, which opens into a conservatory with underfloor heating; this is the dining area. There is one bathroom with a bath/shower, and a kitchen with all the usual things and a washing machine. There is a dedicated working space next to the kitchen with an office chair and desk. The large back garden has a patio just outside the conservatory, and if you follow the winding path to the end, you will find a larger table and benches and a small pond. The garden gate opens out into a communal garden (which we'd kindly ask you don't use), and the communal garden backs on Sunray Gardens, a local park. As we face a green square, and back onto a park, the flat feels quite far away from roads and traffic - it's easy to forget you are in London because of all the green space surrounding the flat. Guest access The flat is well situated between a number of stations with short train rides into central London. We are a 10-15 min walk from Herne Hill, North Dulwich and Loughborough Junction stations, as well as a slightly longer walk or bus ride to Denmark Hill and Brixton. The closest bus stop is a 3 min walk, for the P4 and 42. Herne Hill bus stop is a 5 minute walk away. There are parking restrictions on our street 12-2pm Mon-Fri. If you are staying on a weekend, this won't be a problem, but if you are staying in the week you might need to look up nearby parking. I can also arrange digital parking permits at an extra cost.
