The space The house is built around a colonial-style central courtyard that independently connects the bedrooms, kitchen, and social areas, creating an open, bright, and inviting atmosphere for gathering together. It features 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms thoughtfully distributed to provide comfort and privacy for families and groups of friends: • 4 King bedrooms with private bathrooms • 1 Queen bedroom with private bathroom • 2 independent bedrooms that share a bathroom All bedrooms include air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, and thoughtful details designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A Pack & Play for babies is available upon request. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire property, including several spaces designed for gathering and enjoying time together comfortably. You’ll enjoy the garden with outdoor seating, the central courtyard with social area and grill, as well as the fire pit for peaceful evenings with wine, conversation, and roasted marshmallows beneath the walnut trees. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and sharing meals together, and the property also offers covered parking for added convenience during your stay. Other things to note The ideal capacity of the house is 10 to 12 guests, although we may accommodate slightly larger groups upon prior approval. One complimentary bundle of firewood is included for enjoying the fire pit during your stay. If you are traveling with young children, we kindly ask for close supervision in outdoor areas, especially in the garden.
