There are 432 apartments located at OWP, plus banks, salons, a sub-office of the British High Commission, the visa application offices of the Canadian High Commission, and many more shops. A few of the featured restaurants and night spots at OWP include Chaud Café, Annie's authentic Chinese food, Buzz Bar, Samari Sushi Bar, Whipped restaurant, Imax Cimema and The Residences Night Club. Our location is also great if you want to enjoy the nightlife on Ariapita Ave, as we are parallel to the Ave and just on Street Away. The Savanah and Zoo are both a 10 minute stroll from our location. For the fitness buff, we are only 5 mins away from King George V Park, which was recently renamed Nelson Mandela Park. A block away in various directions, there are also Paz Cafe, Maria's Bakery, The Bread Basket, Kappa Drugs Store, and Pizza Hutt at the old Roxy Theater building. If driving you will be 5 minutes from Long Circular Mall where you will find many shops and Tru Valu Supermarket. We are happy to recommend places to visit in and around the Island Our neighbourhood is a good mix of both residential and business. We are close to the Queens Park Oval, the National Stadium and a short walk from all of the Embassies in St. Clair. The compound is gated with available on site parking. Access to public transport is available just a short walk away on either Ariapita Ave or Tragarete Road. However, if you prefer to walk there are many points of interest nearby including Shopping areas, Churches, Restaurants, business places, entertainment areas, and for those looking for outdoor activities, Nelson Mandela Park and the Queens Park Savannah. We try to ensure that a few bottles of water and some breakfast items, i.e., milk, sugar, tea, and coffee, are available for our guests.
