Private boat/tube access on James River. One mile of shoreline for exploring. Outdoor games/amenities: volleyball, horseshoes, ring toss, magnetic darts, bed swing, rope chair swing, patio furniture, three-person swing on the shoreline, three tubes (seasonal) for use in the river. Float trips (canoes and kayaks) are available: One-mile floats or five-mile floats (with shuttle up river and floating back to the property). Guided fishing trips are available. Note: float trips and fishing trips are an additional fee and must be arranged well in advance. This is a unique property, so feel free to contact us with any questions! The property is located in a private , rural area with one neighbor nearby, but not visible from the property. The town of Galena is approximately 5 miles away and the town of Reeds Spring is approximately 8 miles away. Branson is approximately 20-25 minutes away. There is plenty of space on the property for parking several cars. This property has been a successful vacation rental property since 2018 hosted by our wonderful property manager. However, in 2022, we (the owners) will begin hosting the property. Therefore, despite just a few reviews on this listing, it has received positive reviews from guests over the years.
