Some studios have a loft with king bed. Maximum occupancy is four. U.S. Virgin Islands government has imposed a fee of $25 per unit per night to be paid at check-in. There is a daily energy fee of $25 assessed onsite. Transportation is required for shopping and recreation. Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Pricing and availability may vary. This is a timeshare resort but attending a presentation or taking a tour is NOT required. All units are assigned by the resort.
