The house is located in Copake, NY. 25 minutes from Hudson, NY & Great Barrington, MA&Sharon, CT. 10 min. from Bash Bish fall&Catamount Ski. Fully furnished. Full kitchen include top-of-the-line stainless steel KitchenAid fridge; sleek cooktop, double oven, microwave; white quartz countertop; and Kohler sink—Harwood floors throughout, with neutral color palette. The primary bathroom has a spa-style bathtub. Two guest bathrooms have showers. This house is spacious, serene, and stylish. Guest access The guest has access to the entire house. * Guests are welcome to explore the property while remaining on their designated side of the house. Y *You may visit the pond and rock garden between 8 AM and 5 PM. Please refrain from entering the west side of the large aluminum tripod sculpture, which is where our main house is. * Guests are welcome to visit our goats on the north side of the property. Other things to note We kindly request that guests stay on their side of the property—the East side of the driveway—and within their designated yard area. Driveway: * When driving down the road, please be cautious of cars coming from both directions, as the speed limit is 55 mph. * In the winter, when there is snow and temperatures are very cold, slow down before turning into our driveway, as the road can be icy and slippery. * Driveway speed limit is 5 mph. House Cleaning: *The cleaning fee covers cleaning the house, as well as washing the sheets and towels for each room (a total of three loads). Any additional sheets, blankets, or towels used that require extra cleaning will incur a $45 per-load charge. * We’re happy to provide complimentary firewood for the fireplace. However, if you choose to use it, there will be an additional $20 cleaning fee. * If you choose to use the grill, an additional $20 cleaning fee will be charged.
