Other things to note - Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is until 10:00 AM. - Luggage storage service is offered before check-in and/or after check-out at no extra charge. - Only one key is provided during the stay. - The apartment's maximum capacity is 3 people. - The building has easily accessible stairs to reach the apartment. - Only guests are allowed to enter the building and/or apartment. Visitors are not allowed. - Minor guests can only enter in the company of their father and/or mother, and must always have adult supervision. - The apartment is not shared with other people who are not part of the reservation. - Guests have private access to all areas within the apartment during the reservation. - The kettle, rice cooker, wine glasses, blender, and iron with ironing board are not inside the apartment. They are provided only at the request of guests at no extra charge. - The use of the gas oven is available for an additional price of 10 soles. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment. - Do not throw paper, fabrics, sand, soil, hard materials and/or any type of insoluble element in the sink, washbasin and/or toilet. - No parties or social gatherings are allowed inside the apartment. - Noise or excessive noise between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM is not allowed. - Vaping and/or smoking cigars, electronic cigarettes, cigars and/or any type of non-prescription drug is not allowed inside the apartment and/or building. - The use of narcotics, psychotropic drugs, psychedelics, and/or any type of non-prescription drug inside the apartment and/or building is not allowed. Only moderate and responsible alcohol consumption by adults is permitted. - Publishing content on social networks that exposes the security of the apartment, building, residents, and/or neighbors is not allowed. - Capturing or recording images inside the apartment and/or building that generate monetary income is not allowed. - Delivery people are not allowed to enter the building. Guests must receive delivery orders at the building's door. - Forgotten belongings found inside the apartment after the stay will be reported to guests and stored until they are recovered. - Any monetary expense due to repairs and/or replacements for loss and/or damage to items, furniture and/or infrastructure of the apartment and/or building, which are generated during the stay, must be assumed by the guest responsible for the reservation.
