Sometimes we have a meeting, work, visiting family or just enjoying the west and suddenly we need a place to stay for the night (or for a few nights) but without paying all those extravagant prices, right?. We have a charming, modern and contemporary room with private entrance and parking with the basic toiletries so you can sleep comfortable, recharge and get ready to continue your adventure the next day. Read everything listed. The space Welcome to Our Cozy & Modern Stay in Aguada! Located in the heart of Aguada, our property is conveniently situated *NEAR* a stunning coastline with restaurants, surf spots, close to the town, etc. We are also centrally positioned between Rincón and Aguadilla, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. What We Offer • Private & Secure Parking – Your designated parking spot is well-lit and safe. • Reliable Power – While power outages can happen on the island, our generator ensures you can enjoy a restful night with air conditioning. • Modern Amenities – The space includes a Smart TV (connect to your own streaming services), a microwave, a small refrigerator, and essential toiletries for your convenience. Important Notes • Photo Accuracy – Pictures are for reference. If bedding or decorations need to be replaced, they will be swapped with similar alternatives. • Size Consideration & Other– This is an extra-small room/apartment, designed for short stays. It is not a hotel, so certain hotel-style amenities may not be available. • Respect & Communication – Please be kind, respectful, and patient. If any issue arises during your stay, let us know immediately so we can address it promptly. If you don’t communicate, we won’t know there’s a problem. • Short-Term Stays – This space is designed for brief visits, ideal for guests needing a simple and affordable place to rest and continue their journey. If you choose to stay for an extended period, that is entirely your decision. Guest access Just the Room and one parking Other things to note Important Reservation and Accommodation Policies • Security & Access: For your safety, we change the lock code after every guest. • Bed Height: Please review the photos, as the beds are high. • Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onward (early check-in is not available). You may arrive at any time after 3:00 PM; however, check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM. Late check-outs are not possible, as our cleaning staff arrives promptly at this time. Our cleaner lady has another job, and other compromises so we must adhere to this schedule. Renting a car is recommended. Policy is strict and also no modifications specially last minute. Other Information & Rules: • No Smoking, Weed, or Cannabis Use: Smoking or using marijuana/cannabis inside or near the apartment is strictly prohibited. A $80 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations, as the odor is difficult to remove and unpleasant for future guests. • No Flat Sheets Provided. • Guests are responsible for any damaged or stained bed sheets, towels, or other items within the property. A replacement or damage fee will be charged accordingly. • As seen on the pictures the only window is in the bathroom. • No trailers If you notice any damage or stains upon arrival, you must notify us immediately. Reports made at checkout will not be accepted. Decorations Policy We do not provide room decorations. Guests who choose to decorate must ensure that all items are removed prior to checkout. Any decorations left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee, charged at our discretion. Other Important Considerations: Please be advised that we are located on a Caribbean island, which means that natural events such as hurricanes, as well as other unforeseen circumstances, COVID-19, can occur. Despite these factors, all reservations are strictly non-refundable. I recommend choosing your own travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. This policy also applies to any changes, including date modifications, as we do not allow adjustments to existing reservations. Additionally, please note that internet service on the island can be unreliable due to hurricanes, infrastructure challenges, monopolized service providers, and other factors beyond our control. Power outages, damaged utility poles, and other disruptions may further impact connectivity. As a guest, you acknowledge these potential issues in advance, and we cannot offer refunds or accommodations for service interruptions. This also includes power outages we have a generator in the premises but they’re not always reliable. If there is a power outage we will do our best that everything run smoothly. Also the generator will be turned off at least 2-3 hours daily to cool down. Shower & Hot Water Information The property uses a gas-powered water heater that is connected to the building’s main gas line. We do not have an electric water tank. Because the system depends on the building’s overall water pressure, the shower temperature may occasionally fluctuate between hot and cold if there are changes in water usage or pressure within the building (city). For that reason hot water is not listed as an amenity just in case it doesn’t work. Towels Provided We provide basic bath towels only. Washcloths, face towels, and hand towels are not included. Climate Advisory We are located on a tropical island, where the climate is humid, hot, and can feel sticky. Additionally, mosquitoes and other tropical insects are common. Please plan accordingly and bring any necessary items for your comfort. We appreciate your understanding (we are not asking anything unreasonable everything is very basic).
