This is an exciting new chapter for Anvaya Cove as the club builds on it's successes to date to offer member's and guests an even higher level of service and enhanced facilities which will be rolled out over the coming months and years. We are also already benefiting from a new Executive Chef at Anvaya who trained at Enderun College in BGC which boasts one of only a few Ecole Ducasse culinary schools in the world, established by the world's most decorated Michelin Star Chef Alain Ducasse. Ayala Hospitality also operate the El Nido resort in Palawan, and of course their own Seda brand of hotels at many locations across the Philippines. Check in - 3pm Check Out - 11am Early check in / late check out subject to availability and at 1500/hour. If you have paid the club entrance fee, you can enter the club from 6am and enjoy the facilities until check in time. Please note that the clubs at Anvaya Cove are cashless and you can only settle your bill via credit cards or GCash. Non-member guests who wish to access Anvaya Cove Beach and Nature Club shall pay additional fees as follows: Regular Entrance Fee * 1,500/head per day for up to 10 pax * 11th pax up 2,500/head per day During Super Peak Periods which are All Saints, Holy Week, Christmas & New Year (24 Dec-Jan 3): *Club entrance is raised to 2,500/head/day for the 6th pax up Guest fees will cover the following: * Private Beach Access * Cabanas & Loungers * 3 Beautiful Beachside Pools * Kid's Club * Access to Spa with well-priced treatments * Access to Club Restaurants with well-priced food *Access to Driver's Dormitory (about 1.5k/night, only bookable on arrival at Club front desk and first come first served basis) All persons older than 12 months are chargeable at the club - There are excellent facilities for infants. Note: Club entrance fees are not included on the rental fee and shall be settled separately. Anvaya Cove is one of the best high end members clubs in The Philippines. The cost of membership continues to rise and has tripled in the last few years. To be a member you need to own Real Estate at Anvaya Cove, and buy either a Golf Share at 4.5m, or The Beach Club Share at 2.9m - both plus monthly dues. The cost of being a member is therefore very high. However, if you are not a member at Anvaya Cove you can avail the privilege that we will endorse your entrance to the club if you are renting one of our condos, but you will need to check in and out of the club on a daily basis and pay the relevant club daily entrance fees. We do not provide as standard a club endorsement for your day of departure as our daily allocation of club guests needs to be used for the new arrivals that day. This also means no access to the club restos on departure day so please ensure you bring breakfast provisions. However, if club access is required on departure day we may be able to accommodate you subject to capacity the following day and providing a refundable 2k/head security deposit + relevant daily club fee is settled the day before along with the guest list. This has to be arranged and paid for in cash latest the night prior as we have to pre-register you as the LGU will not permit walk-ins. Golf Club access for non members with our endorsement is available Weekdays (except Tuesdays), except for Public Holidays and Super Peak Periods like Christmas and Holy Week. Green fees, caddie and cart are at your cost, and a premium is charged by the club for non-Philippine residents. Please note that the condo pool is also closed for maintenance on Tuesdays. Other things to note We offer well equipped and flexible accommodation including allowing you to cook in our units, which is not the normal at Anvaya Cove!! All our units have well equipped kitchens with stove top, rice cooker, ref and microwave, pots and pans, plates, knives forks etc. Most other unit owners at Anvaya Cove, including The Club Units (which only club members can book) restrict your amenities as follows: - They prohibit cooking in the unit - If you bring any food or drink to the room they will charge you a corkage fee - They do not provide Internet or Netflix - They have a very low cap on the maximum number of occupants We have none or these restrictions - so please make sure you confirm exactly what is provided in your rental by other owners before you book, and compare to the excellent offering we supply! Additionally, we live at Anvaya Cove and have a full time housekeeping and maintenance staff who are here to ensure your vacation here is well supported and trouble free!
