Enjoy a stylish stay at this centrally located bright apartment. 2 queen bedrooms, one bathroom and private balcony all in the heart of Balnarring - wander downstairs to explore the village's cafes, restaurants and shops or head off to the wineries and beaches of Mornington Peninsula. The space This first floor apartment's full length windows provide a light, bright and airy space. The two bedrooms each have a queen bed and mirrored built in robes with plenty of storage and hangers. The front bedroom enjoys its own sliding doors to the balcony, while the back bedroom contains a study nook. The main living space has a full kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and everything you need to cook whilst on your break. (Not that you'll want to with so many fabulous restaurants, cafes and wineries on your doorstep!). There's a dining table and chairs and a lounge area with cosy seating, Wifi, TV and split system heating and cooling. A European laundry houses a washer and dryer as well as an iron and board. The bathroom enjoys a large walk in shower. The outdoor balcony is accessed through the main living area and the front bedroom with plenty of seating options for morning coffee or a wine at the end of the day. High quality bed linen, feather dooners and towels are provided as well as all the basics that you will need for your stay - shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, washing up liquid, salt & pepper etc. THE AREA Balnarring Village is home to a several cafes, restaurants, plenty of shops, a butcher, bakeries, IGA supermarket and newsagency. You'll find an abundance of wineries within a 5-10 minute drive including Point Leo Estate, Jackalope, Barn & Co, Merricks Creek, Montalto, Port Phillip Estate and Polperro. Yoga studios, surf schools and craft markets are all on your doorstep, not to mention the beautiful beaches to swim, walk and surf. The Balbirooroo Community Wetlands are opposite the apartment and include a lagoon and walking trails. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the designated undercover, secure car space. Lift and stair access to the apartment all with security access. All of Balnarring village is within very easy walking distance. Other things to note PRICING STRUCTURE / USE OF BEDROOMS We want our apartment to be accessible to different party sizes, this is why we have a per night rate for 2 people with a small fee for each additional guest. We don't think that a couple using just one bed and fewer consumables should pay the same as a group of 4. We also acknowledge that a party of two may require seperate bedrooms so please let us know if this is the case for you as the extra fee will apply for the extra beds. We politely ask that you don't use the bed and bedding from the second bedroom if you haven’t booked it.
