At the heart of the river Serein valley, nested in a beautiful and welcoming nature please discover Sainte Vertu while staying in the ancient priory of the village. We restored the building throughout the years and this atypical place ideally welcomes a family, in an architecture full of perspectives, allowing peace, game, work or music practice altogether. We can welcome up to 3 couples from a same family or group as we do not wish to welcome different and unknowing people at the same time. The space You will find a huge living room downstairs containing the kitchen, a living space and a snooker. The rented space at the first floor is articulated around a huge light-well overtopped by a walking net children will love to play on. around the light-well a large space distributes 3 interior houses plus a mezzanine. Each house shelters a room with a unique style. An extra wooden house shelters the bathroom. Guest access Sainte Vertu village is 9 km from "Nitry". Nitry is next to A6 motorway and corresponds to exit 21. From there you will follow the direction to "Tonnerre", along the D945. Sainte Vertu is on the way, 10 minutes from there. You will find a car parking area right in front of the house. Inside the village, everything is at walking distance. Within 15 to 30 minutes driving you will be able to reach Noyers sur Serein, medieval village, Tonnerre or Montreal, beautiful and historical sites... Other things to note 4 cats live in the house, reason why we do not wish to have animals staying. Please consider any allergy to cats. We offer a movie room with a large collection of DVDs and also a music room with a piano and other instruments. A Snooker table and a baby-foot are also available.
