Welcome to our Cosy Cottage, A conveniently located 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home full of character and love. Our home is within walking distance to Newlands cricket and rugby stadiums, as well as the start of the Two Oceans Marathon. We are in the vicinity of major schools, namely Bishops, Rondebosch, SACS, Rustenburg, Herschel and Springfield. The space The intimate lounge area welcomes you into this charming cottage. Complimented with heritage wood burning fire place and wrought iron chandelier. The master bedroom leads off the lounge area and has a view of the pretty flowering hanging baskets and the local church clock tower. This room has a queen sized bed as well as a well designed ensuite fitted with a rain shower and recessed shelves, basin and toilet. The second bedroom is the smaller of the two rooms. It is fitted with a bunk bed as well as a 3rd pull out bed. All three beds have high quality mattresses. A camp cot can be arranged on request. The family bathroom is newly renovated, fitted with a build in bath, over head shower, wall hung basin and toilet. There is plenty of storage provided for all your bathroom necessities. The open plan layout leads into the spacious dining and kitchen area which look out onto the neat, lush garden space. There is an oak 4 seater dining table open to the kitchen. This space is beautifully considered and an inviting space to dwell in. It is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery as well as serving platters, cooking utensils, serving spoons, pots, pans, toaster and kettle. There are plenty of mugs, wine glasses and tumblers too. The kitchen is fitted with a single bowl sink, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a walk in grocery cupboard with microwave. Leading out from the dining area is the beautiful covered lounge patio, a perfect space for a morning coffee or relaxing glass of wine. There is off street parking for one car behind an automated gate. Guest access Guests will be given a single set of keys to use during their stay
