Single Room in a 2-bedroom flat with parking space

Freshly painted single room in a cosy 2-bed-2nd floor apartment in Caversham, 15 min walk to caversham side Reading Train Station via park, 20-25 min to Town Centre, 15 min drive to Thames Valley Park via Sonning. I stay with a 15-year old daughter and I spend a lot of time cleaning therefore calm, polite and likeminded people are welcome. Please note, as part of a room service, I reserve the right to service the room to refresh/ open windows/ replenish tissues etc. No large suitcases. The space Close to Train Station and town Centre; walk via park by the river. If travelling by train - USE ‘CAVERSHAM EXIT’ to avoid extra walk from town centre side. Guest access The kitchen access to a microwave/ fridge/ freezer/ hot water (but no cooking). Happy to make tea & coffee on request to specification. Bathroom is shared and cleaned daily. During your stay You can message me or usually find me in the kitchen :) Other things to note If you find the sitting room doors closed this doesn't mean you can't come to the kitchen. I do this while I am cooking to prevent smells reaching bedrooms or purely to help keep noises down to a minimum for both, guests and us, to provide more privacy for each party. Please feel free to knock and come to the kitchen when needed to reheat the food or a cup of tea/ coffee.
