My house is your house (near SE 52nd and Holgate)

Family friendly spacious basement apartment (700 square feet) with living, bath, kitchenette and bedroom, close to Creston park. Our house is a 5-7 minute drive from Reed College. It is within walking distance to several restaurants including Gladstone Street Pub and Food Carts on Foster. It is a 15 minute walk to Trader Joes; a 20 minute walk to many restaurants and shops on Woodstock Blvd. We have two security cameras on our property - one in the driveway and one on the front porch. The space Our basement apartment has a fully finished bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The bedroom has a Queen size bed. The kitchenette has a sink, countertop, electric cook top, cabinets, microwave. Our basement does not have a dish washer, oven or laundry. The nearest laundromat is about 1 mile from our house. The living room in the basement is finished and has one single sleeper sofa, one couch, one recliner, and a 50” TV with Roku for streaming. The ceiling is Tyvek (we have not installed drywall yet because we need to finish the upstairs kitchen first). One person can fit on the sleeper sofa and one on the couch. There is a pad you could put on the couch or on the floor as another option. There is an indoor stairwell that is visible and accessible from the basement. There is a door above the stairs that goes to the first floor. Guest access Guests have access to the basement. The main floor is where our family lives. The indoor stair way is off limits. Thank you for your understanding. Guests also have access to the back yard and trampoline. Adults must supervise kids under 18. Other things to note We have small children. Quiet hours are 9:30pm to 8am. Our children wake up at 7:30am on weekdays to get ready for school. They wake up around 8am on weekends and break. You will hear some noise upstairs during your stay.
