Looking for a rental in close proximity to your favorite places in Oxford, MS? My home is located about 2 miles from the square. It also has a big fenced in backyard with a spacious deck! The front yard is a nice size as well. My home can sleep up to 6 adults and is pet friendly. I love opening my home to others so they too can experience the beauties of my hometown. Hotty Toddy! Go Rebs! The space My home has 3 bed rooms .The master has a king size bed with a tv and is located directly across from the bathroom. The second bedroom is beside the master, relatively spacious, and has a tv as well. The last bedroom is across the hall, located beside the bathroom. It is on the smaller end and has a twin bed daybed with a twin bed that pulls out from under it. I will also note that it is my little girls room so it does give those vibes! With that said most items will be put up upon guest arrival. The laundry room is located outside in the car port which to me is very convenient. When it comes to parking, plenty of space is available! Up to 5 cars can easily park in the drive way, but I do allow guests/friends to park on the side/front yard (easily fit up to 8 cars). Other things to note Location of my home comes very handy not only for close proximity of the square/campus but the parking it offers! If you have ever been to an Ole Miss game you know the struggle with finding any parking close by. Also note that all restaurants that deliver will deliver to my address and typically fairly quickly. This is not the case for a lot of homes in Oxford I have realized! I do allow pets as I have just lost both of mine at the beginning of Covid (I have a love for animals!), but I do ask that guest take full responsibility for their animals in my home.
