"A River Runs Through __" Close to Lagoon and SLC

Basement Apartment---Sit back in the hammack and forget your worries as you listen to the stream run right through the back yard. It is a 5 min drive to Cherry Hill, 10 min drive to Lagoon, and 20 min drive to SLC. We are central to so many different places but out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The space It is a basement apartment that you have all to yourself. There is no laundry room and no dishwasher. We can accommodate with our laundry room above if discussed in advance and if needed. It has a King bed in one room and a bunk bed with a full and a twin bed in the other room. We also have a queen size inflatable bed if needed and lots of space for it. This has a ping pong table for fun. Guest access This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and we intend to keep it that way. Please do not come here if you are going to be noisy or rambuctious this is more of a retreat than a party. We have parking behind a gate on the left of the house and you can park there but please do make sure that the gate is closed and latched all of the way shut. Please do not bring big trailers because there is no parking for them. If you have a car that leaks oil or any other fluids please bring something to capture it and dipose of the captured fluids in an appropriate way. Other things to note We do have 2 kids and we live upstairs so there will be some noise but for the most part we stay active going to school, work, or busy with lots of other activities.
