The beautiful room is on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated old building apartment and impresses with its brightness and real wooden floors. In the quiet courtyard we can set up a seating area if necessary, a park is nearby. Your two roommates are also working/studying and are happy about open-minded and respectful residents. The space You will be staying with two other residents in a beautiful Airbnb shared apartment. Everyone has their own private room. TV connection, o2 TV and smart TV device can be added on request. The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The price includes a cleaning service every 14 days. Our cleaning assistant cleans the shared spaces such as the kitchen, bathroom and hallway and empties the garbage. Only the old glass is taken by the residents themselves to a nearby old glass container. This system has worked well in the past, so everyone could be satisfied. In the week in between, the responsibility for cleaning rotates between the residents or you book our cleaning staff extra. A starter set of toilet paper is provided by us at the beginning. However, since we only have guests with long-term stays, the residents organize themselves independently for everything else. And 5 minutes away there are other apartments whose rooms you can also find there. Cafes, restaurants, doctors, fitness centers and supermarkets are all nearby. Guest access The laundry room with washing machine and dryer are in the basement. Please use the dryer there, otherwise the room will become too high with clothes dryers (power connection no. 4) During your stay I am almost always available to you via email, WhatsApp or phone, but I live 30 minutes away. We have a WhatsApp task force group for each apartment with my 3 helpers and the current residents for easier communication😊. You will see a helper once a week.
