You will have 2 bed/2 bath + 1 powder bath and 1057 square feet to call home during your stay. The two bedrooms and 2 full baths are on the second floor. I love plants and hope that you do too! Outside is a bamboo paradise and recently updated putting green! and inside is my attempt at a green thumb. Please note: this is a family friendly neighborhood-please pay attention to the quiet hours. There are two owner’s closets in addition to the garage in which guests do not have access. Do you need something during your stay? Don’t hesitate to ask! Guest access Free street parking and no city permits required. While Zilker is a very safe neighborhood, remember to lock your cars since we’re so close to the city! Currently guests do not have access to the garage. There is a shared driveway, so please utilize street parking to ensure other units are not blocked. Please respect my neighbors as you enjoy beautiful & vibrant ATX! There is a SmartLock with pin-pad access, allowing for self check-in and allows peace of mind in not forgetting a key! Guests can quickly find nearby scooters and bikes to hop around the city. Zipcar is often easily found nearby as well if you’re looking to rent a car. This is a very walkable neighborhood. You can enjoy an evening sunset stroll through the neighborhood to check out all the beautiful homes and puppies!
