It is a master suite with its own bathroom and private toilet, in a building that dates back to the 18th century. This suite is on the first floor of the house. It is independent of the rest of the house in which I live. There are a number of paintings and Chinese inks on the walls. There is a terrace with a table and two chairs so you can have lunch outside if you wish. 5 min walk to the historic center of the city, parking possible. The space Most of the walls are made of Caen stone, which provides appreciable freshness in hot weather. If you have a car, you can enter the courtyard through another wider passage (2.60 m wide), the time to load or unload your belongings. However, parking in the courtyard is reserved for residents.
