It's a 50-year-old villa consisting 4 rooms made with a touch of modern amenities yet keeping the old world charm alive! This property is located in heart of the city in an upscale neighbourhood with ample parking space (2 cars can be parked inside). Here, you will have access to the entire property. It has 4 bedrooms with an attached washroom and a kitchen comprising 475 sq. ft. of the area attached with terrace access. The space IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT We are obeying standardised hygiene protocols and utilising advanced disinfectants as recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW) across all touch points for everyone's safety and well-being. HYGIENE & SAFETY GUIDELINES Regular sanitisation of common touch points like switches, door knobs, remote controls, handles, etc. Fresh Linens and Toiletries are placed before every check-in. Staff are maintaining appropriate distance as part of the protocol. Our staff is also regularly washing hands and monitoring temperature. PROPERTY DETAILS: SUITE BEDROOM All rooms have a Double bed with an attached Washroom. Equipped with high-speed WiFi, Closet/ Wardrobe, comfy Mattresses. Bed Linens are changed every after every check-out & sent to a professional laundry. Plush Furniture such as chairs, bed-side tables and lamps, bed linens, etc. are curated considering the minuscule detail and comfort. Also amenities like hair dryer, iron, kettle, etc. are available in each bedroom. Dairy whiteners, coffee, tea, etc available First Floor has access to terrace. Rooms are air conditioned along with a ceiling fan. WASHROOM It has an attached bathroom with top-of-the-line modern fittings. It is equipped with water geysers, towels, shampoo and basic toiletries. These spaces are neatly finished with 24 x 7 water supply. OTHER AMENITIES Breakfast is NOT included in the tariff. Other meals will be charged extra at the property as per the consumption. Advance Notice and Payment are required to prepare the food. Guest access Guests can access the entire property along with the terrace.
