Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Rhine Valley

A little outside the village center is our house where we as hosts are at home on the upper floor. In a few minutes' walk along the canal you will find yourself in a beautiful and idyllic landscape with a nature reserve. From this accommodation you can also reach many places in the shortest possible time as the highway is only 5 minutes away. The border with neighboring Austria can also be reached in minutes. The space The place is small but nice and has everything you need. The bathroom with natural light has a shower as well as a bathtub, and the dryer and washing machine are also accommodated there. The light-flooded living room, which is open to the kitchen and dining table, invites you to linger and relax. You can also treat yourself to a coffee, as the apartment has a machine. (Nespresso compatible capsules) You can fall asleep quietly in the large bed 180 x 200 cm which faces the canal side. For 4 people it is rather a small apartment but for an overnight stay it is very good if you spend the day outside. When arriving by public transport, a walking distance (straight ahead on a solid road) of 10-15 minutes must be expected. A little tip if it gets very warm: close the shutters completely during the day and ventilate in the morning. Guest access Direct neighbors are only us as hosts on the upper floor. Parking is available right outside the front door on the forecourt. If you want to park with a caravan or motorhome when you are passing through, it also has space for it as long as it is not a truck :) Other things to note If socket covers are needed due to small children, please mention this when booking. There is also the possibility to store up to 4 motorcycles or bicycles in a closed and covered room (an older barn next to the house). Please mention when booking.
