Cozy studio centrally located in the old town

The studio is located in central Eskilstuna with the river a stone's throw outside the kitchen window and walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops, parks and train station, (1h to Stockholm.) The space - Ground floor in a small charming 19th century house with tiled stove (and sloping floors) with 2 other apartments. - Private entrance - one larger room about 30 sqm - Kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and coffee maker - bathroom with shower and toilet, towels included -1 bed 120 cm - WiFi - Free parking may be available on certain days, ask when booking The space The studio is located on the ground floor with direct entrance from the sidewalk. It's only one step up and then you're inside the apartment itself. Cars pass directly outside the window but the road is one-way and not very busy, at night there is almost no traffic at all. It's just one room with a kitchen and not huge. Only one bed 120 cm is available, so you decide if it is suitable for two people. (There is an extra bed, so if you want it made, please let us know at the time of booking.) Ideal for shorter stays but perhaps not for longer stays as the bathroom is small and the kitchen does not have a fan over the stove so no major dinners can be cooked. Guest access The easiest way to get around is to walk. It's in the middle of town and within walking distance of everything you need. Parking is otherwise available on the streets around the block, where you can buy daily tickets. We have free parking inside the yard but it is used, during the day, mostly by my husband. It may be available, so ask and we'll see. Other things to note Keep in mind, the house is old. It is crooked and slanted with sloping floors and cracks here and there. It moves quite a lot, which means that doors and windows are sometimes difficult to open.
