Kitchenette amenities - toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate and hot water kettle, French Pressed Coffee. The space The studio is a ground level entrance off the driveway and adjacent to the garage. It is entirely separate, with its own private entrance and attached to the house. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio apartment which includes sleeping area, built in office, sitting area, kitchenette, and bathroom, laundry. Other things to note There is a special Saniflo toilet pump.
