Come and relax with family or friends in one of the best cabins in Big Bear. The views that this cabin offers would leave you breathless. This cabin has everything it needs! Come and enjoy a full Kitchen, Fireplace, TV, Ping Pong Table, POOL TABLE and 24/7 HOT TUB & More! It is perfect to enjoy Big Bear anytime of the year. This Cabin is perfectly located, exclusive area of Moonridge. The cabin is 10 minutes away from Snow Summit, Big Bear Zoo, Golf Course, Big Bear Lake, and The Village The space Our cabin has 3 bedrooms, with 2 queen beds and 1 king bed. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, its own private restroom, and access to the garage where the jacuzzi is. In the upstairs we have 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and a king size bed. These two bedrooms have access to a balcony. There’s also another restroom on the second level. The stairs leading to the first level are not gated, so please keep an eye on your children to avoid any accidents. Our jacuzzi is located in one of the garages, which opens up to a nice view. The jacuzzi can be used 24/7 unlike garages located outdoors or on decks. The ping pong table is located on the other garage. Our garage doors are manual and can be left open during the day. We have 2 parking spaces. Parking is not allowed on the sidewalks or neighbors’ properties. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, which also includes a fenced backyard perfect for the pups. Other things to note We are proud to be a pet-friendly property and we welcome our furry friends. We have provided a dog bed, and our home has a nice gated backyard for the pups. However, because of previous incidents with other dogs, we required guests to keep their pets off the beds and off the couches, and to make sure to take them out to defecate of urinate. Unfortunately we have had incidents of dogs peeing on beds, carpets, and even defecating on it. Needless to say, those have been very expensive repairs, especially when we have had back-to-back clients. Therefore, even though we don’t charge an extra fee for pets at the time of booking, we do charge a $150 fee if your pets pee on the carpet or if excessive hair is found on the couches or beds. Unfortunately some previous owners didn’t respect our home and as a consequence we had to change our policy a bit. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to us before booking. ***PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE PROPANE or charcoal, although most of the times clients leave a lot behind.
