Guest suite in Cambridgeshire

We have not been airing since 2020 but now we are back! This is a refurbished studio attached to our house. It is a nice sized space, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable king sized bed, new bathroom. There is parking available and we are within walking distance of the science park and new Cambridge North train station. We can provide a bike for quick access to the city centre, which is about a 15 minute ride away. Please read the FULL listing prior to booking/reviewing. The space Access to the studio is via our (shared) back door and laundry room. The studio contains a king sized bed (150cm x 200cm) with a new, wonderfully comfortable mattress. All duvets and pillows are new and synthetic and thus suitable for allergy sufferers. It has a comfy two seater sofa, 26" TV/DVD player and Apple TV box. The kitchen area has a full sized electric oven, a two ring electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine (pods supplied), dishwasher and fridge. There is also an extendable kitchen table and chairs. The bathroom, has a good sized shower with a powerful rain cloud shower head. We can provide an inflatable toddler bed, and are happy to make what arrangements we can to accommodate you and/or your families needs. PLEASE NOTE: we do not claim to be within "walking distance" of the city centre (although you can walk in about 30 mins, and there is a bus stop outside the door) please be mindful of this when you review us. Guest access Guests are free to use the laundry facilities (8kg washing machine and dryer), hoover, iron, ironing board. Other things to note At the beginning of the day (8am) we are getting the kids out to school via the backdoor and it can momentarily be a bit noisy. There is a barn door separating our house from the common entrance way, and we can keep this closed overnight so as not to disturb you.
