The property features lush gardens, blooming bougainvillea, palm and carob trees, vegetable and fruit patches, parking areas, and a fire pit for enjoying evenings outdoors. The house offers 130 m² of interior space and a stunning 35 m² sea-facing porch, designed for outdoor living with dining tables for 12 guests, constant ocean breeze, and a perfect setting for long meals and gatherings. 🏡 Interior The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: Master bedroom with private bathroom, wardrobe, small desk, and TV. Two bedrooms with queen-size beds, wardrobes, and work desks; one is equipped with monitor for remote work. One additional bedroom with a bunk bed: a queen-size bed on the bottom and a full-size bed on top. These three bedrooms share two full bathrooms located outside the rooms. The living area follows an open-concept design, with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen featuring multiple appliances, a large French-door refrigerator, and a 2-in-1 washer and dryer. The dining area includes a dinning table that can seat up to 8 guests. The living room offers a 65” TV with Netflix, Disney+, and more, along with bamboo sofas, cushions, and blankets for a warm, relaxed atmosphere. 🌴 Outdoor Areas The porch includes: Two grills (one for small BBQs and one for larger gatherings) Bamboo sofas for outdoor lounging Dining space for 12 people and an additional collapsible table for outdoor meals Hammocks that can be set up under the pergola At the beach, guests can enjoy a beautifully lighted pergola and bar, perfect for relaxing during the day and enjoying sunsets and evenings by the sea. Guest access We have 8 safe parking spots inside the lot. The surrounding properties are private homes or hotels. Within a 7 minute walk you can reach the Puerto Cayo town square with various convenience stores, fruit/vegetable stores, and a meat butcher. The pharmacy is slightly further that the town square. There are also various different beach front food shacks to choose from. We recommend grocery shopping to be done in Jipijapa which is a bigger town 23 minutes away. Los Frailes beach, Ecuador's most beautiful beach is only a 27 minute drive. Isla de la Plata, often called Poor mans Galapagos, can be visited by hiring bout tours in Puerto Lopez, which is a 40 minute drive from the property Comuna de Agua Blanca is an ancient community that dates back to the Manteña Culture. Here you can see the ancient ruins, the museum and sulfur baths from the volcanic activity nearby. Other things to note For events for an additional fee we can provide: dishes, wine glasses, glasses, napkins, tablecloths, napkins rings for 36 people We can arrange food catering which can be delivered to the house if you're not feeling like cooking. For longer stays, cleaning can also be arranged.
