This home is bright and modern and was built in 2017. You will have privacy in the private bedroom with reverse cycle aircon and ceiling fan. Sole use of the bathroom , toilet and vanity area downstairs . The bedroom has a fridge , microwave and kettle . Some welcome snacks are provided. Close (3.5 kms )to city centre and in a quiet tree lined street . Trams train and buses are close by and get you to the city in 10 mins . The space Comfortable queen size bed in modern home. Private toilet ,bathroom with bath and shower and separate vanity area . Fridge microwave and kettle in bedroom . Guest access Access to bathroom toilet and laundry. kitchen is available to guests staying more than 3 days. Outdoor area and bbq can be enjoyed . During your stay We will socialise or leave you to your own privacy as you wish. We recently welcomed Cara to our home . She is a very friendly Cavoodle and is 6 years old. Other things to note Public transport to the city by tram or train is easy and takes 10-15 minutes . The front door needs to be locked with the key as you leave and return.
