Situated 200m from the beautiful River Thames path, on a quiet residential road and just a few minutes walk from Christchurch College, Folly Bridge, and some great restaurants and bars. A short walk takes you to all main Oxford attractions. The space The accommodation comprises the whole of the 'half' basement floor and is accessed via its own front door. The main studio has a comfy king size bed, 2 seat sofa, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and work desk, making it ideal for both work and leisure visits, as well as short & longer stays. Windows at both ends of the studio make it a light and airy space. The internal door leads to a private hallway and private bathroom, with modern shower and fittings. A door separates the hallway from the stairs that lead to the main house. Guest access Parking is on street. I provide visitor parking permits for free. You are 5 minutes walk from Christchurch College and close to all main Oxford attractions so walking is the way to get around. Other things to note I have a cat who lives upstairs. A door separates the apartment from the main house, so he doesn't go downstairs when guests are in.
