Why drive 3 hours from New York City when we’re only a 90 minute drive away by car or train? This home overlooks the trees and a large uniquely shaped in-ground pool, perfect for families and friends with numerous spaces for entertaining. Note: Pool closed. The space LIVING / DINING: The living room features mid-century modern decor with ample seating and Bluetooth speakers for entertainment. The morning-lit Living Room’s full-height windows look onto the 2nd Floor Patio, overlooks the rear yard and includes a telescope for star-gazing and seating for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The dining room features a custom-made oversized dining table with seating for 8 (can seat up to 10), side bar table and cabinet perfect for entertaining guests, sharing a meal and your favorite wine or cocktail. KITCHEN: The large kitchen includes ample counter space, center island with seating and modern appliances- electric stove and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. The kitchen is conveniently equipped with a full line of cookware, bakeware and countertop appliances to make your stay more enjoyable and at home. The pantry is stocked with just about every spice, salt, condiment and oil you can imagine. Coffee Maker. Coffee Grinder. Blender. Waffle Maker. Mixer. Blender. Rice Cooker. Fondue Set. French Press. BEDROOMS: -Master Bedroom: King Bed, day bed and desk, 2 closets, and direct Access to 2nd Floor Patio. -Guest Room 1: King Bed with bench and full closet -Guest Room 2: Queen bed with bench, desk and full closet -Guest Room 3: Queen bed and half bath (Lower Level) -Living Room: 2 full length sofas -Family Room: 2 full length sofas and third medium length sofa BATHROOMS: -En suite Master Bathroom with double vanity sinks and shower. -Shared Bathroom with tub/shower. -Half Bath on Lower Level. LOWER LEVEL: A separate entertainment area sits on the Lower Level and includes a Family Room with sofa seating for 8 and a 65” HD flat screen TV with streaming options including basic cable, Netflix, Apple TV, HBO, Showtime and a variety of kids networks. The Lower Level also includes a Game Room complete with a pool table, game table and various board games, books and toys. There are a few fun toys in the home for young children including a tent, books and cars. SWIMMING POOL: Note: Swimming Pool is closed for the 2025 Summer- the pool is covered and inaccessible. AMENITIES: -The house is served by a Verizon Fios Gigabit Connection with a router on each floor. Ethernet cables are available in-house should you need a direct connection. -A 3-burner Weber propane grill is located in the front yard, complete with grilling accessories, a full tank and grill cover. -The Laundry Room is located off the side of the Kitchen with washer, dryer and slop sink. -Driveway can accommodate 4-5 vehicles. HOUSE RULES: Please- no pets, partying or smoking indoors. Bringing unauthorized pets, extra guests or any proof of smoking indoors or partying will result in a $500 fine. OTHER RULES/ THINGS TO NOTE: *Children are not allowed on the 2nd Floor patio. Parents, please make sure kids remain supervised when outdoors at all times. *Not a pet friendly home, sorry! No parties. The home has an exterior security camera that monitors entry onto the property. *All children under the age of 18 should be supervised by adults when on the premises. *Ticks/bugs are a regular part of Upstate NY. Please be mindful of checking yourself, your children and pets when spending time outside. *This house does not currently have a back-up generator. *Due to risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property. *No smoking indoors. Please smoke outdoors away from any open windows or doors. Dispose of any butts/debris in waste bins. *No loud music after 9pm. *No weapons. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property.
