Home away from home! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this basement apartment is perfect for a small family or group and central to everything; Peachtree City, Newnan and Senoia! The fenced yard is great for your four-legged friend! The space Key Features: Private Yard: The fully-fenced private yard is yours to enjoy. It's perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book and providing a safe space for kids or pets to play. There’s also a lovely firepit with firewood provided and outdoor chairs. Kitchenette: Our well-equipped kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig and drip coffee maker, hot plate and pans, electric skillet, extra large toaster oven and more. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a light dinner, you'll have everything you need. Comfortable Living Space: The apartment features a cozy living area with pull-out sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The space is tastefully decorated to make you feel right at home. Sleeping Arrangements: Enjoy a restful night's sleep on the comfortable queen-sized bed in the den, twin bunk beds and the pull-out sofa fit for 2 kids or one adult (unless you really like to cuddle). Full Bathroom: The clean and modern bathroom includes a shower and tub, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries. Amenities: Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi, and keep your belongings secure with ample storage space. Included streaming services are Netflix and Disney+. Convenient Location: Located just minutes from local attractions, dining, and shopping, you'll have easy access to everything you need. Parking: Free street parking is available, ensuring a hassle-free experience and plenty of room for multiple vehicles. Fun: For the kids and kids at heart, we have two arcade machines. Also included are several board games and card games, an electronic dart board and giant Connect 4. Guest access You'll have full access to the entire basement apartment and private yard. Enjoy the privacy and independence of having your own space while benefiting from the convenience of on-site hosts if you need anything. After parking, you'll walk up a few steps and down a short path to a gate in the fence leading you to the front door accessible by a code sent the day before your arrival. Other things to note A few things to note-please read! Pet-friendly: We are a pet-friendly establishment. Though we have had several guests stay with pet allergies and have had no problems, we cannot be held liable for allergic reactions. Also, please add your pets to your reservation if they’re tagging along! There is a small pet fee added to your reservation to account for extra cleaning and sanitizing for those future guests with allergies. Sleeping arrangements: Our listing includes up to 6 guests but can only sleep 4-5 adults comfortably. The sofa bed can easily fit two children but likely only one adult unless you like to cuddle.
