Centrally located within easy walking access to amenities (shops, bakery, markets). Choice of 2 metro stops, including the Rose Hill terminal. Bus stop at door step. Flat is in a secure and green compound. Easy access to Ebene (5 mins' drive or by metro) and other major towns, as well as beaches (15 mins' drive to Albion). The space Duplex on 2nd floor (without lift for a great workout for our glutes) of a compound. On the ground floor are the kitchen, living area and terrace to which you have access. The bedroom, bathroom and 2 toilets are on the first floor. Guest access There is parking space for your car. If you prefer to walk or take public transport, getting around is very easy. The location is convenient, giving easy access to amenities while the large compound and its large common garden offers tranquility and a green space to unwind from the hustle and bustle of a town. Other things to note Happy to prepare a healthy breakfast and other meals at an extra charge. If you are lucky, we can get some fresh eggs from my mum's, or fruits, herbs and veggies from the common garden. Other options include my sister’s sourdough bread, home made jams and yoghurt, kombucha flavored with exotic fruits. I have been living in a greener, more minimalistic and mindful way. I love plants, cooking for loved ones, swimming in the sea, being in nature, and making things with my hands (terrarium, handmade fabric bags and body scrubs etc).
