Very warm house located in the village close to all shops. The motorway exit is 5 minutes away. You will be able to discover the zoo of Beauval as well as all the castles of the Loire. The often lively Château de Valençay is 8 km away. Center Parc is less than 30 minutes from the house. From May, the renowned Guinguette on the banks of the Cher will entertain your Sunday afternoons. Very nice walks to do. And good cheeses (Selles-sur-Cher...). The space I rent rooms at my house. Travelers will be accommodated on the first private floor with: a neutral adult bedroom with a double bed + TV + PC + Wifi + storage, a kids area with a double bedroom with 2 beds with toys + TV + Wifi, 1 bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. I provide gloves and towels. Sheets are provided, beds are clean and made upon your arrival. On the ground floor, a common kitchen and dining area, common outdoor dining area and common reading area too. We try to be as discreet as possible even in the common rooms of the house (on the ground floor).
