It can accommodate 14 total guests if 2 children sleep on the full pull out sofa bed and two sleep on the basement living room pull out queen bed! Licensed for 8 adults guests, 16 gathetering. This newly renovated house is a multi-level home with a large living room and open floorplan to the kitchen which is perfect for entertaining! There is a dining room table with 4 seats and 4 additional seats at the bar! The new remodel included new paint, brand new mattresses in all bedrooms, and all new furniture both upstairs and downstairs! The upstairs level has 1 full bathroom with bathtub and 3 bedrooms (1 king bed in bedroom #1, 2 queen beds in bedroom #2, 1 bunk bed with full bed on bottom/twin bed on top in bedroom #3). The main level living room has a couch with pull out sofa bed, love seat, and recliner with brand new furniture! Sofa bed sheets and pillow/covers are in the upstairs closet by the front door entrance. Watch your favorite movies on the brand new 75" new LG TV in the basement! We spared no expense! Basement living room also includes Blueray/DVD player, Hulu access, two movie theatre style seats, and a sectional with a pull out queen bed. There is also a gaming table in the basement for playing cards and other board games which are provided! The basement bathroom is a full bathroom with brand new tile shower. The basement bedroom has a queen bed and contains the washer/dryer units behind closet doors. Kitchen is brand new with new cabinets, new granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and stocked with plates, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, and waffle maker! This house includes a 2 car garage with additional spacing in the garage parking driveway for up to 4 more vehicles. The front door lock is keypad entry which will be provided after booking. The outside fenced in yard is huge and perfect for pets to enjoy (no cats). This house is the perfect place to stay for family gatherings, holidays, business travel, visiting or caring for family/friends in the nearby hospitals, funerals, or if you are just passing through! Please note that the Ring doorbell will notify us directly with motion alert so please be honest if the number of guests exceeds 8 (aged 18+). There is no extra charge for additional children guests (age 17 or less). Guest access 2 car garage is available to avoid the rare hail storm that could damage your vehicles. A garage door opener is available for the west side garage door, and the east side garage door can be opened from the inside. Guests can also park on the garage door driveway.
