IN-Law Suite

This In-Law Suite is a totally separate, fully equipped apartment. Private entry and parking space; fenced back yard. Full living room has a faux leather sofa, tv, built in desk. Full kitchen with range, fridge, dishwasher; all pots & pans, etc. provided. The bathroom has a tub with shower and washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a very large walk-in closet. Neighborhood is upper middle class, safe, clean, nice. Near Kroger, Wal-Mart, downtown. All are welcome. The space A patio is just outside the entry door. Guests are welcome to use patio. A fenced back yard is perfect for pet's outside time. Please feel free to walk around outside in the back yard. Three steps lead onto the patio from the parking space. One step from patio to suite. Guest access The upstairs driveway is for your vehicle alone. There is an electric plug on the patio if you need to charge your auto. The patio and backyard are shared spaces. I have a Corgi that uses the back yard as well. The space is not handicap friendly: Three steps lead from the parking space up to the patio. There is another step from patio into Suite. Other things to note Please be advised that I own a Corgi. She was born Oct. 17, 2022. She may bark if it thunders or if there are unusual noises. She is friendly and loves people. I walk her most mornings, and she has access to the back yard.
