Detached house, located in open countryside between the hills of Montecarotto and Serra de’ Conti, whose villages are about 2 km away. From the windows of the house, you can admire our characteristic hilly landscape, with a view that reaches as far as the Apennines. Our property is ideal for those looking for a holiday dedicated to tranquility and nature; starting from here you can take walks in the open countryside. The space The house consists of a kitchen with a large living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine. The bedrooms are arranged as follows: the first has a double bed and a single bed, the second a double bed and a bunk bed, the third a queen size bed. Up to 8 or 9 places are available, considering the bunk beds and cots. The large garden surrounding the house, with olive groves and other trees, is available to guests, who can also use a wooden table with outdoor chairs, hammock, garden swing, deck chairs and barbecue set. Guest access We are in the center of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi wine production area. In the surrounding area there is a wide choice of wineries to taste this product. The beaches of Senigallia and the Grotte di Frasassi are less than 30 minutes away by car; Ancona and the Conero Riviera can be reached in about 60 minutes. Jesi, Corinaldo, Arcevia, Ostra and Serra San Quirico are other towns to visit, located just a few minutes away by car. There are ample parking spaces around the house.
