Knotwood Farm is a 300 year old Farmhouse with loads of character situated just outside the historic town of Stony Stratford and hosts a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. It is easily accessed from the A5 which was in Roman times called Watling Street. It is a 5 minute drive on the A5 to Central Milton Keynes shopping centre and the CMK railway station. The fast train is approx 40 minutes to London (Euston) or 50 minutes to Birmingham (New Street). The space The Home itself is full of character featuring original stonework and beams. Heating is provided with 2 radiators heated by oil tank. The kitchen has a oven, microwave and washing machine. If you are a smoker there’s seating provided outside the property. Views across the fields with wild life around including red kites spotted flying overhead. Guest access Plenty of parking at the front of Home Access to garden and front field. Picturesque walks a short distance away Well behaved dogs are welcome, however they must not be left alone in the home. Other things to note The entrance is on the busy A5 Watling Street take care driving into Knotwood Farm drive slowly on approach, allowing traffic to slow down behind you.
