Double head spacious shower and bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body soap, Washer and dryer with laundry soap and bounce available for use inside the apartment. Smart TV with Wi-Fi. Netflix and Hulu included. Guest access Park in driveway only (have to have parking permit for the street). Enter through metal gate. It will be locked in evenings for safety. Use the fire pit, BBQ and yard when ever. Please clean up after use. Very friendly neighbors and we often get together in the street. Lots to do like walking/biking/running path close by.
