The whole suite offers 9ft ceilings and is very new and nicely decorated with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The full bathroom and 2 bedrooms are down the hallway past the great room and coffee nook. Get a great nights sleep on luxury mattresses and bedding. Enjoy a beautiful space with a lot of attention to comfy and fun details of home. The neighborhood is peaceful and the lakes and trails are beautiful. All guests have a HOA lake access permit they can use during their stay at Bristlecone Lake, the larger of the two lakes, which offers a dock and lakeshore for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. Right off the Baptist Road exit of I25 in Forest Lakes subdivision offering Kohls Dept, King Soopers and Natural Grocers, Home Depot and Walmart, Starbucks and many other local restaurants and stores only 5 mins away. Guest access The neighborhood has sidewalks on all streets and the trails and paths at the main lake and around the lakes are well groomed. The whole Forest Lakes Community is easy to walk and or navigate by car. Street Parking overnight is HOA prohibited but free parking day and or night for one vehicle is available in the driveway.
