Our beautiful house (with Wi-Fi) is located within a luxury condominium, Santa Bárbara Resort Residence. In addition to every comfort, our guests can enjoy all the infrastructure that the condominium offers, such as: Fishing lake. Stand-up and kayak lake. Bike rack mini-golf waterfall supermarket with organic garden and wine cellar pizzeria hamburger joint restaurant pharmacy Beauty salon Pet Shop 2 Beach Tennis courts The space My husband and I have an apartment inside the residence, it is separate, but we usually do not stay in the house when we rent it out (to be agreed). Guest access Guest access is always through the main entrance....and they can use the entire house.....my apartment in the front is well isolated....we don't bother anyone during the stay.
