You will be renting a room in someone's home, therefore rules are to protect it's residents and their property. Hosts are quiet; friendly; hospitable, and love hosting. Stay with us and enjoy your time in a clean and friendly home. Must be 18+ years. The space We wish all of our guests an enjoyable stay in our clean and cozy home. Room is located on the 2nd floor and guest must be able to use the stairs. Rental agreement is for one person. additional guest will be charged an additional small fee. No guests under the age of 18 years. Must produce ID at time of check-in No 3rd party booking. Name on the reservation is the name of the guest staying in the property. Cash Deposit at time of check-in will be fully refunded at time of check-out pending no damages by guest to property or persons. No animals: Please read carefully before making your reservation request. If for some reason you have to have service animals or any type of pets accompanying you, it is best to seek alternate arrangements that is better suited to your needs, because members of this household has extreme allergy related medical issues. Light Breakfast items available from host. No special dietary items will be supplied. You are responsible for making your own breakfast. All other meals are your sole responsibility for purchasing & preparing. Bedrooms are upstairs on the 2nd floor // No wheelchair or handicap accessibility. Strictly No Eating in the bedroom. This is to prevent bugs/critters and creepy crawly creatures in sleeping areas. Along with the reserved bedroom on the 2nd floor, a separate living room with a TV on the first floor is available for guests to use. The kitchen area, dining area and back deck are shared spaces with the owner. Laundry & dryer not available to guests. Guest access You must have your own vehicle as there are no bus or trains nearby. We do have 2 bikes that is available for guest/s to use around the immediate neighborhood during their stay, if they so desire. Parking available in the driveway for one guest per room. Please let us know if you have a vehicle larger/bigger than an SUV. During your stay we are friendly and approachable hosts who enjoys conversations and sharing meals with our guests. We are also aware that some guests prefer to not socialize unnecessarily and we respect that. we find pleasure in hosting people from all cultures. please feel free to approach us any time if you are looking for answers to questions you have during your stay with us. Other things to note No smoking or vaping inside the house. No use of illegal drugs or medicinal marijuana in or around the property. No weapon/s in or around the property. No visitors unless it's ok'd first by the host. This is for the prevention and protection of Covid-19 related infections and any other transferrable diseases that warrants protection from close contacts. A refundable deposit of $100.00 USD in cash per guest at time of check-in is required. Full refund in cash at time of check-out providing there are no damages to person or property. For damages exceeding $100.00 USD, we will seek an honest and fair resolution for total cost. $25. 00 USD will be deducted from deposit for lost or damaged keys.
