The space This is a private apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living room, including a patio and shared use (with one other identical apartment only) of a BBQ area, large grassed backyard, laundry facilities and parking garage. Garage parking for one car (in two car garage as shared with other apartment), however other on-property parking potentially available for additional vehicle(s), boat trailer or even a caravan if arranged prior with the host on booking. Other things to note The unit is in a single dwelling duplex style residential home construction, that shares a large grassed backyard.
