Modern studio in charming Los Gatos,Silicon Valley

It is a guest studio with an independent private entrance in a newly built home in quiet residential neighborhood in Los Gatos, CA. The studio can comfortably host up to 2 adults. The studio is close to Santa Cruz mountains with world class wineries, state parks and beaches. It is also in the heart of Silicon Valley, a few miles away from offices of Netflix, Apple etc. We are 15 mins away from SJC airport and 40 mins from SFO airport. The space The studio is approximately 350 sq feet attached ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) with its private entrance from the side yard. It has a queen bed, a kitchenette, a dining table for 2 and a bathroom. Kitchenette has a fridge, washer-cum-dryer, dishwasher, toaster and stocked with tea and coffee etc. There is a wall mounted AC and heating unit, 55inch 4K TV and free wifi internet. The bathroom has a stand-in shower with hansgrohe fixtures. The studio is well stocked with clean towels and linens. There is a small outside space with a patio table and chairs. We offer self check-in. We stay in the main house and can help with anything that you may need. For sake of transparency - A) We don’t require any elaborate checkout steps. Check out instructions are - 1. Turn off the lights and AC 2. Clean any dishes that you used, either by hand or using the dishwasher. 3. Move the trash into the trash can. We ask for these steps so that food doesn’t rot or smell until the cleaners come. Everything else is covered in the cleaning fees. B) We have young kids who you may be able to hear from floor above. They sleep early (around 8pm) and wake up at around 6am to go to school. Guest access The entrance is through the left side yard. The door lock is pin operated that will be provided to you close to check-in time. Other things to note The studio is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We'd require no parties and quiet time after 10pm.
